Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Currently, Threadstrends only ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: We process and pack orders within 1–2 business days. After processing, shipping typically takes 1–4 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.

Q: How can I place an order?
A: Just browse our online store, select your favorite items, and add them to your cart. Follow the checkout prompts to complete your purchase securely.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@threadstrends.com. If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can cancel it and issue a refund. If it’s already shipped, we’ll guide you through the return process

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in original condition, including tags and packaging.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email our support team at  with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide instructions and a return label if your return is approved.

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund within 7 business days. The refunded amount should appear in your account within 1–2 business days, depending on your bank.

A: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
